Sophisticated capital · Private DeFi

Yield without
tax drag.

A private school for decentralized finance. We teach sophisticated capital how to put portfolios to work — collateralize, structure, compound — without forcing a sale or triggering a reportable event. Closed-door briefings, alongside your tax counsel.

01 · The Floor

Built for the people your wealth manager calls.

If $14,997 is closer to a dinner than a decision, this is the floor. Every door below opens through your existing advisor — they keep the relationship, we operate the structure.

Pillar I · Discipline

Liquidity, staking, structure — engineered.

Decades of combined experience designing on-chain positions. The room's edge isn't a single product — it's the playbook applied across opportunities.

01Liquidity provisioning · concentrated & range-boundSkill
02Validator staking · capital-efficient yieldSkill
03Borrowed Power · structures that hold under counselSkill
04Drawdown controls · risk-first sizingSkill
05Counsel-ready reporting · CPA-format quarter-endSkill
Pillar II · Structure

Non-realization, by design.

Most jurisdictions don't treat collateralization, wrapping, or intra-protocol transfer as disposal. We educate the principal and the counsel — together — on the structures that hold up under audit.

Pillar III · Channel

The advisor stays in front.

RIAs, family offices, and tax counsel keep the client. We supply the engine, the reporting, and the language. No disintermediation.

Discretion

NDA standard.

Performance, allocation, and counterparty names live behind a mutual NDA. The open web is the wrong room.

Custody

Parity with what your CPA already files.

Qualified custody, quarter-end statements formatted for direct ingestion. No screenshots of block explorers.

Reporting

One PDF, four signatures.

Strategist, compliance, custody, attestation. Same template every quarter — counsel knows where to look.

02 · The Curriculum

Seven courses, one private community.

The full curriculum lives inside ARC Education — the private community at arcrypto.app.clientclub.net. Each course is taught live, then archived.

Course 01

Launchpad — first steps into crypto.

The gateway. Wallets, exchanges, custody basics, on-ramps and off-ramps. Designed for the principal whose advisor never opened a Metamask, and for the operator who wants the canonical answer to "where do I start."

Course 02

ARC Galaxy — the DeFi frontier.

Self-guided roadmap to mastering decentralized finance. Stablecoins, DEXs, lending, derivatives, vaults — in the order that actually compounds.

Course 03

Passive Power — yield from securing networks.

Staking, restaking, validator economics. How to earn from blockchain consensus without becoming a node operator.

Course 04

Borrowed Power — work the portfolio without selling.

The framework for non-realization. Collateralization, wrapping, intra-protocol operations — the structures behind the "vault pays the slip fee" line.

Course 05

Premium ARChive.

Recordings from Apex working sessions and Gven'sday — the senior-strategist room.

Course 06

Main ARChive — every live session, kept.

The running record of every main ARC live class. Searchable, indexed, replayable. The room never closes — it just rewinds.

Course 07

ARC Tutorials.

How to use the platform — the community app, the Web3 dapp, wallet hygiene, transaction safety. The "boring" course that prevents the expensive mistakes.

03 · Inside the room

About ARC Education.

The community is private and free to enter, by approval. Below — the full read on who's inside, how it runs, and what it costs in time. Click each line to open.

Who's in the room?

528 active members across U.S., EU, and APAC. Nine admins on the operating side — led by Gven (Founder & CEO), Nigel (CTO), Matt (COO), Igor (CIO), and Jeordan (Director of Education). Most members are principals running real allocations, advisors brought in by clients, and operators who already have a wallet and want a defensible curriculum.

How the community runs · weekly cadence

Live ARC classes most weekdays, archived in Main ARChive. Apex workshops every Wednesday with Jeordan and senior strategists, archived in Premium ARChive. Gven'sday deep-dives on a rotating cadence. Wins & Successes channel, member-led. The room is loud, but in writing — most decisions happen async in chat.

GvenAI — the in-house research assistant

A member-only AI group inside the community. Built on the curriculum, the ARChive, and the operator playbooks. Useful for "what does this protocol actually do," "is this rate sustainable," and "draft me a memo for my CPA." Doesn't replace counsel — it shortens the distance between question and the right human to ask.

Engagement mechanics — leaderboard, raffles, Kahoot

30-day leaderboard with member points; current top contributors include Raymond P. (+224), Salih A. (+166), Adelle (+114). The ARC SuperNova Raffle runs in cycles — closing one in May. Apex members get Kahoot challenges that double as quick-recall drills on structure and risk.

Recommended wallet · Rabby

Members use Rabby — better security defaults than the alternatives, clear transaction previews, multi-chain by default. Setup walkthrough lives in ARC Tutorials.

How to get in

Request access via the community link below; admins review within one business day. Most introductions come through advisors or existing members — that's the cleanest path. Once approved, the curriculum is yours; Apex and Private Office are separate conversations.

From the room
"A yacht is a depreciating asset with a slip fee. The right structure pays the slip fee — and doesn't trigger a wire to the IRS."
— Frame we hear most often from family-office principals between Brickell and Newport.

07 · The Memo

Intel for the principal who reads.

Short briefings on the structure, the markets, and what the room is talking about this week. Written by ARCrypto strategists. Closed-door perspective, in the open.

Issue 01 · Coming soon

Why "non-realization" beats "tax-loss harvest" for principals.

The framework Apex members use to put portfolio to work without triggering a disposal. A primer for the curious; a reference for advisors.

Issue 02 · Coming soon

How a credit analyst would screen on-chain yield.

The four questions every principal should ask before deploying into any structured on-chain position. A primer for advisors filing the diligence memo.

Issue 03 · Coming soon

What "Borrowed Power" actually buys you.

Real allocation walk-through: $1M, three structures, the math after fees and slippage. Members-only first; public after.

Ready when you are

Book a private call.

30 minutes with a senior strategist. We confirm where capital sits, which jurisdictions are in play, and the right tier — Galaxy, Apex, or Gravity. No deck.

08 · The room asks first

What principals and advisors test us on.

A short list of what comes up before the second call. Anything more granular is for the private room.

Are these "liquidity pools" with a coat of paint?

Underlying mechanics share DNA, yes. The difference is the risk overlay — drawdown caps, triple-oracle redundancy, liquidity-aware sizing — and the custody architecture, which doesn't ask the principal to manage keys.

How do you define a "non-taxable event" without overpromising?

We describe mechanical features of certain on-chain operations that are not realization events under common interpretations of major-jurisdiction tax law. We don't replace tax counsel; we hand them a structure they can defend.

My asset manager is bringing me. What do they actually do here?

They keep the client relationship. We supply the engine and the reporting. The Private Office tier exists for exactly this — most of our calendar is advisor-fronted introductions.

Do you publish a track record?

Inside private rooms with prospective clients under NDA. Not on the open web — for client discretion, and because public yield numbers attract the wrong audience.

Jurisdictions you currently brief in?

U.S. federal + state-by-state nuance for CA / NY / FL / TX, plus UK, Switzerland, UAE, and Singapore through partner counsel. Other jurisdictions on request, with a longer lead time for diligence.
