Plain English

OneKey is an open-source hardware wallet from a team that emerged from BitKeep (now Bitget Wallet) in 2020. Models: OneKey Classic, Mini, Pro, and Touch. Pricing ranges $79-$249. Fully open-source firmware.

How it actually works

Secure element with EAL6+ certification on newer models. Supports Bitcoin, Ethereum, all major L2s, Solana, Cosmos. Companion software wallet (mobile and desktop) is also open-source. Bluetooth on Pro/Touch models; classic and Mini are USB-only.

What it means for you

OneKey is the open-source-purist alternative to Ledger and Trezor with comparable hardware quality at slightly lower prices. For HNW users who specifically want auditable firmware end-to-end across a broad set of assets, OneKey is a credible choice. Smaller user base means fewer community-backed integrations than Ledger.
