REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
ARC Educational LLC (“ARC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides digital products, services, subscriptions, memberships, and related benefits. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be requested and issued.
By completing a purchase through our platforms, you acknowledge and agree to this Policy.
1. General Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered if all of the following conditions are met:
- The request is submitted within thirty (30) calendar days from the original date of purchase.
- A valid proof of purchase is provided, such as an order confirmation, receipt, or transaction reference.
- The product, service, membership, or program has not been substantially accessed, used, consumed, or completed.
- The purchase was not clearly disclosed at checkout as final sale, non-refundable, or excluded from refund eligibility.
Refund eligibility criteria are applied consistently and objectively based on measurable usage indicators.
For purposes of this Policy, a product, service, membership, or program may be considered “substantially accessed” if one or more of the following apply:
- The user has accessed more than twenty-five percent (25%) of the available course, program, or training materials;
- The user has downloaded, copied, exported, or otherwise retained a substantial portion of the digital materials;
- The user has attended or accessed a live, private, VIP, coaching, onboarding, strategy, or implementation session;
- The user has received individualized support, consultation, onboarding, or account setup services;
- The user has accessed gated community benefits, member-only resources, private calls, premium tools, or bonus materials in a meaningful way;
- The user has claimed, received, minted, transferred, or otherwise been provided any Digital Asset, NFT, token-based benefit, or blockchain-based access benefit included with the purchase;
- The user has maintained access to a subscription, membership, or digital service through a material portion of the applicable billing period.
ARC Educational LLC reserves the right to review refund requests based on objective records, including account activity, login records, course progress, download history, event attendance, benefit redemption, support usage, blockchain transaction records, and other reasonable indicators of access or usage.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase, the following are non-refundable:
- Digital products, services, memberships, or programs that have been substantially accessed, used, consumed, or completed;
- Subscription fees for billing periods that have already started or elapsed;
- One-time setup, onboarding, administrative, consulting, VIP, coaching, or implementation fees;
- Digital Assets, NFTs, access tokens, or blockchain-based benefits once minted, transferred, claimed, or made available;
- Purchases clearly disclosed at checkout as final sale, non-refundable, or excluded from refund eligibility.
Promotional, discounted, bundled, limited-time, or special-offer purchases are not automatically non-refundable unless the applicable checkout page, order form, invoice, sales page, or purchase confirmation clearly states that the purchase is final sale, non-refundable, or subject to modified refund terms.
Where modified refund terms apply to a promotion, discount, bundle, or special offer, those terms will be clearly disclosed prior to purchase and will control over the general refund terms in this Policy.
3. Digital Assets, NFTs & Token-Based Benefits
Some products, memberships, or services offered by ARC Educational LLC may include blockchain-based digital assets, such as non-fungible tokens (NFTs), access tokens, or other cryptographic assets (“Digital Assets”).
By purchasing any product or membership that includes Digital Assets, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All Digital Assets are non-refundable once they have been minted, transferred, claimed, or otherwise made available to you.
- Blockchain transactions are irreversible, and ARC Educational LLC cannot retrieve, reverse, or cancel the issuance or transfer of Digital Assets.
- If a refund is approved for a purchase that included Digital Assets, the portion of the purchase attributable to the Digital Assets will be excluded from any refund amount.
- In certain cases, the inclusion of Digital Assets may render the entire purchase non-refundable, as disclosed at the time of purchase.
ARC Educational LLC reserves the right to determine, based on reasonable and objective criteria, whether Digital Assets have been delivered, accessed, claimed, or utilized.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you must:
- Contact our support team at support@arcrypto.io
- Provide the following information:
- Full name
- Order or transaction reference
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request
Additional information may be requested to evaluate eligibility. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.
5. Review & Processing
All refund requests are reviewed in accordance with this Policy and based on objective criteria.
If a refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days of approval.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We encourage customers to contact ARC Educational LLC directly to resolve any billing questions or concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, ARC Educational LLC reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate access to the Services associated with the disputed transaction;
- Limit or restrict future purchases or account access where appropriate;
- Provide relevant documentation to the payment processor to support the validity of the transaction.
Initiating a chargeback does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund, and all refund requests remain subject to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Nothing in this section limits ARC Educational LLC’s right to dispute chargebacks or enforce its rights to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Market & Value Disclaimer
ARC Educational LLC does not provide refunds based on:
- Market price fluctuations
- Changes in perceived value
- Secondary market activity
- Volatility related to digital assets, tokens, or NFTs
Purchases are made for access to digital services and benefits, not for speculative or investment purposes.
8. Policy Updates
ARC Educational LLC reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting and will apply only to purchases made after the updated effective date.
