What we are
ARCrypto is the educational and community arm of ARC Educational LLC, a private operating business based in Doral, Florida. We exist to teach principals, founders, family-office allocators, and serious operators the structure, mechanics, and discipline of digital assets and decentralized finance — privately, off the record, and at a depth that retail content does not reach.
We are not a broker, dealer, exchange, custodian, investment adviser, or financial institution. We do not place trades, hold customer funds, manage portfolios, or recommend specific securities. We teach. The decisions remain yours, made in consultation with your own qualified professionals.
What we believe
The principals who win in digital assets over the long arc are not the ones chasing every cycle. They are the ones who build a structure that holds — across compliance, tax, custody, and capital deployment — and execute that structure with discipline that doesn’t waver when sentiment does.
We call this capital that stays deployed. The room is built around it.
How the community is organized
- The curriculum — seven core tracks covering portfolio architecture, lending mechanics, validator economics, on-chain equity tokens, structuring & tax efficiency, AI-assisted operations, and long-cycle discipline. All educational.
- Live sessions — multiple times per week. Members ask questions of operators directly, on the record between members, off the record beyond.
- Private mastermind events — closed-door, in-person gatherings worldwide. Recent room: Panama City. Strict member discipline; principals only.
- Direct line to operators — for Apex and Gravity tier members, a working relationship with the team running the curriculum, not a ticketed support queue.
Founder
ARCrypto was co-founded by Gven, who serves as CEO and principal architect of the curriculum. Operating philosophy: translate complexity into structure, hold members to a higher bar than they would hold themselves, and make zero claims that cannot be defended in front of counsel.
