1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of arcrypto.io and the connected subdomains operated by ARC Educational LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as ARCrypto. By using the site, you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

2. What ARCrypto is

ARCrypto is an educational and community business. We publish articles, term-page definitions, video, podcasts, downloadable guides, and offer paid programs that help people learn how digital assets and decentralized finance work. The site does not constitute a regulated investment, brokerage, accounting, legal, or tax-preparation service.

3. Educational content only — not advice

Nothing on arcrypto.io is investment, financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice for you specifically. We do not know your situation; our content cannot account for it. 4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site. By using arcrypto.io, you represent that you are. We may suspend or terminate access for anyone we determine in good faith is misusing the site, violating these terms, or harming other users.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site to violate any applicable law.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically copy our content (including ARCipedia term pages) without prior written permission.
• Use automated tools to access the site at a rate or volume that disrupts service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data.
• Impersonate ARCrypto, Gven Sariol, or any other person or entity.
• Submit forms with false information.
• Use the site to promote investment scams, pyramid schemes, fraudulent products, or harmful content.

6. Account security

If you create an account or subscribe to our paid programs, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@arcrypto.io if you believe your account has been compromised.

7. Intellectual property

All content on arcrypto.io — articles, term pages, course materials, video, audio, design, logos, the ARCrypto and ARCipedia marks — is owned by ARC Educational LLC or licensed to us. You may:

• Read, save for personal reference, and share links to our public pages.
• Quote up to 100 words of any article in another publication, with a visible attribution and a link back to the original.
• Embed our public video clips in other publications, with attribution.

You may not:

• Republish full articles or term pages.
• Train a commercial AI model on our content without a written license.
• Use our logos or marks in a way that suggests endorsement.
• Sell, repackage, or sublicense our paid course content.

8. Third-party links and content

The site links to third-party websites, protocols, exchanges, and services. We do not control these and are not responsible for their content, security, privacy practices, or availability. Following an external link is at your own risk.

9. User contributions

If you submit comments, testimonials, questions, or any content to ARCrypto, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and adapt that content for the purposes of running the site and our community. You retain ownership of what you submit.

10. No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranty that the content is accurate, complete, current, or fit for your particular purpose. We make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARC Educational LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity, arising from or related to your use of the site or your reliance on its content — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our aggregate liability to you for any direct damages is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ARC Educational LLC and its officers, employees, and contractors from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including violation of these terms. Sections 7, 10, 11, 12, 14, and 15 survive termination.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our practices change or when the law requires. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. For material changes, we will notify subscribers by email or via a prominent notice on the site. Continued use of arcrypto.io after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
