1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ARC Educational LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Florida, United States (“ARC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

ARC Educational LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to digital products and services is typically granted immediately upon successful payment. In some cases, access instructions may be delivered via email within a short period of time following purchase. If you do not receive access within a reasonable timeframe, you may contact support at support@arcrypto.io for assistance.

5. Delivery of Digital Products & Services

ARC Educational LLC delivers products and services electronically.

Access to digital products, memberships, subscriptions, software tools, educational content, and related services is typically granted immediately upon successful payment.

Depending on the product purchased, delivery may occur through one or more of the following methods:

• Immediate account activation or access;
• Email delivery of login credentials or access instructions;
• Access through a customer portal, learning platform, or membership area.

Certain products or services may require manual verification, onboarding, or additional processing before access is granted.

Delivery is deemed complete when access credentials, access instructions, or account access have been provided to the customer.

If you do not receive access within a reasonable timeframe following purchase, please contact support@arcrypto.io for assistance.

6. No Investment Advice

ARC Educational LLC is not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, fiduciary, or financial institution. Nothing provided through the Services constitutes a solicitation, recommendation, endorsement, or offer to buy or sell any asset or financial instrument.

All decisions made based on information provided through the Services are made at your sole discretion and risk.

ARC Educational LLC does not provide any guarantees of financial outcomes or income generation. Participation in the Services should not be interpreted as a business opportunity or income guarantee.

7. User Accounts

Certain features may require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. ARC Educational LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

You may submit content where permitted (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant ARC Educational LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with operating the Services.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit such content and that it does not violate third-party rights or applicable laws.

12. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the Services solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation;
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or proprietary rights of others;
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, or abusive conduct;
• Harass, threaten, defame, or harm others;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the Services;
• Introduce malware, viruses, or malicious code;
• Scrape, harvest, or automate access to the Services without authorization;
• Use the Services to promote illegal schemes, spam, or unsolicited communications.

If the Services include community features (such as forums, chats, comments, or groups), you agree to:

• Engage respectfully and constructively;
• Avoid impersonation or misrepresentation;
• Refrain from posting unlawful, obscene, or harmful content.

ARC Educational LLC reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including:

• Cooperation with law enforcement where required.

ARC Educational LLC’s failure to enforce any provision of this section in one instance does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement.

13. Refunds & Cancellations

Refund eligibility and cancellation terms are governed by ARC Educational LLC’s Refund & Cancellation Policy, as presented at the time of purchase. Certain digital services may be non-refundable once access is granted.

14. Billing & Subscriptions

Certain Services may be offered on a subscription basis. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the applicable pricing and billing terms presented at the time of purchase. All pricing, billing frequency, and applicable fees are clearly disclosed prior to completing your purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle. You authorize ARC Educational LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis in accordance with the selected billing plan.

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting support at support@arcrypto.io. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

Fees for subscription periods already billed are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

ARC Educational LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

ARC Educational LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

16. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARC EDUCATIONAL LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

ARC EDUCATIONAL LLC’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO ARC EDUCATIONAL LLC FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ARC Educational LLC, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

18. Third-Party Links

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. ARC Educational LLC does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, accuracy, or practices.

19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction (CRITICAL)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Florida, United States, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

20. Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of ARC Educational LLC.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and ARC Educational LLC regarding the Services.
